Finished Product Size: 15 cm/ 6 inches standing.
Diameter of bottom cupcake is 5 cm/ 2 inches. Diameter of hat brim is 9 cm/ 3.5 inches.

Simple technique: Knit, Purl, decrease, increase, knit of even rows, purl on odd rows.
