Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the knitting pattern files ("Files") provided by Meemoo LLC ("Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing or using the Files, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

The Company grants you - an individual - a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Files for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Files, including but not limited to patterns, images, videos, and graphs, are the intellectual property of the Company, protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display is strictly prohibited.

User Obligations

You must credit Meemoodolls as the designer in any public display or sharing of products created from the Files. Commercial exploitation of the Files or the finished products is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from copying, sharing, reselling, distributing, or otherwise disseminating the Files or creating derivative works therefrom.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Files are provided 'as is'. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Files.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, expenses, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Files.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Files constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
