How do I get my pattern?

Meemoodolls sells digital knitting and crochet pattern PDFs only. There is no postal shipping. After checkout, you receive a secure download link. Squarespace download links stay active for 24 hours after the first download, so please save the PDF to your computer. If the link expires, email info@meemoo.us with your order email and we will resend it.

Do you ship physical dolls?

No. Every listing is a pattern file, not a finished toy. You can buy from anywhere in the world because nothing is mailed. Instant download works internationally.

What is your refund policy?

Because these are digital files, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is completed or the pattern has been downloaded or accessed. Please read the pattern description and email us with questions before you buy. If a file is missing, corrupt, or you cannot open the PDF, write to info@meemoo.us and we will replace it promptly. Patterns are for personal use.
